Машини призначені для ділення пшеничного тіста, як для дрібних (масою 0,05 – 0,23), так і крупних (0,5-2 кг) виробів. В цих машинах захват тіста із загрузочної воронки і проштовхування його у нагнітаючу камеру проводиться безперервно або періодично валками, що обертаються з однаковою швидкістю. В цих машинах стабілізатори тиску у тістовій камері в основному також відсутні. Нагнітаючі прилади цих машин мають один або декілька пар валків або ділильного барабана з розташованими навколо нього валками.

До даної групи тістоділильників відносяться машини РТ-2, Целіка, Р3-ХДН, Ш24, ХДА, а також ділильно-округлюючі автомати А2-ХА1-С9 і А2-ХЛ2-С9 і ін.

4.1 Тістоділильна машина РТ-2.

Вона призначена для ділення тіста з пшеничного борошна. Машина (рис. 13) складається із постаменту з приводом, станини, приводного вала, ділильного барабану, механізму регулювання маси шматка тіста і його виштовхування, скидаючого валика і розвантажувального стрічкового транспортера. До постаменту зверху приварена несуща плита для кріплення станини, всередині якої знаходиться редуктор з електродвигуном на рухомій плиті. Всередині станини із двох чавунних литих стойок на двох радіальних упорних підшипниках розміщений  приводний вал. Прийомна воронка складається із тістової камери з однією парою нагнітаючих валків і перехідного патрубка (штуцера).

Ділильний барабан має 4 мірних кишені діаметром 125 мм, всередині яких перемішуються поршні. Кожен поршень має пальці і ролики.

Механізм регулювання маси і виштовхування шматків тіста складається із кулака виштовхування, фланця і механізму повороту кулачка регулювання. Привод  машини здійснюється від електродвигуна через варіаторний шків на редуктор, потім на приводний вал. Від нього також на стрічковий транспортер (конвеєр), прийомні воронки і через шестерні на вал ділильного барабана, а також на рифлений валик.

Тісто поступає самопливом із бункера над тістоділильником в прийомну воронку, звідки нагнітаючими валиками подається в тістову камеру. Через перехідний патрубок заповнює кишеню. Під тиском тіста поршні віджимаються до центру ділильного барабана, поки не зустрінуться роликами з кулачком регулювання маси. При подальшому обертанні барабана ролики поршнів обкатуються по профілю кулачка. В цей період тісто стискується до тих пір, поки отвір мірної кишені не вийде із під козирка перехідного патрубка (штуцера). При подальшому обертанні барабана ролики поршня переходять на профіль кулачка виштовхувача тістових заготовок. Поршні переміщаються до зовнішньої поверхні ділильного барабана і виштовхують відміряну тістову заготовку із мірної кишені на рифлений валик, з якого тістова заготовка скидається на розвантажувальний конвеєр.

Тістоділильна машина РТ-2.01 є модифікацією ділильника марки РТ-2. Вона призначена для ділення здобних і булочних виробів невеликої маси. Відрізняється машина РТ-2.01 геометричними розмірами поршневої групи ділильної головки, яка має 6 кишень діаметром 90 мм.

4.2 Ротаційний тістоділильник конструкції Целіка.

Він складається (рис. 14) із станини з приводом, на якій змонтований валковий нагнітач з прийомною воронкою і нагнітаючою камерою, нерухомої вертикальної плити і примикаючої до неї ділильної головки – спеціального вертикального ротора з поршнями, установлених в мірних карманах ротора, хрестовини з нерухомими копірами взаємодіючими з штоками поршнів, крильчатки і конвеєра.

Машина працює наступним чином. Із прийомної воронки, розміщеній на станині машини, тісто захоплюється валками, що обертаються, які проштовхують його в нагнітаючу камеру. Потім крізь вікно в нерухомій  вертикальній плиті тісто поступає в мірні кишені ділильної головки, яка має 4 або 6 кишень. У мірних кишенях, виконаних із нержавіючої сталі, знаходяться фторопластові поршні з штоками. Хід поршня і дозу регулюють за допомогою хрестовини маховиком. При подальшому рухові головки кожний шток поршня взаємодіє з нерухомим копіром і виштовхує відміряний кусок тіста, який знімається крильчаткою. Відділене тісто падає на конвеєр і виходить з машини.

Машина приводиться в рух електродвигуном через черв’ячний редуктор, ведучий вал, ланцюгову передачу і головний вал. Ротаційний ділильник забезпечує необхідну кількість і високу точність ділення тіста із борошна вищого, першого і другого сортів при різній вологості.

4.3 Ділильно – закруглюючий автомат А2-ХЛ1- С9.

Автомат (рис. 15) призначений для ділення тіста із пшеничного сортового борошна вищого, першого і другого сортів на шматки рівної маси і закруглення заготовок після їх ділення.

Автомат складається із тістоділильного і тістозакруглюючого пристроїв, змонтованих на спільній рамі. Кожен пристрій має свій індивідуальний привод .

Ділильний пристрій складається із тістової камери, в якій зона нагнітання створюється постійно обертаючимся ділильним барабаном з мірними кишенями і чотирма валками, розташованими таким чином, що зазор між кожним наступним валком і ділильним барабаном постійно зменшується. В результаті тиск в зоні нагнітання по мірі заповнення мірних кишень постійно збільшується.

Ділильний барабан складається з двох пар діаметрально розмішених поршнів, які переміщуються в мірильних кишенях індивідуально, механізму розведення або зведення поршнів і маховика для регулювання маси тістових заготовок.

Закруглюючий пристрій автомата виконано у вигляді конічного малогабаритного округлювача з чавунною спіраллю марки Т1-ХТС. Частота обертання чаші округлювача 71 і 100 хв.-1

Між ділильним і округлюючим пристроєм автомата встановлений механізм направлення заготовок, призначений для направлення в один ряд заготовок, одержаних з ділильного барабана в два ряди.

Ділильні і закруглюючі пристрої обшиті щитками. Тісто з прийомної воронки подається в тістову камеру, під тиском нагнітаючих валків подається у дві мірних кишені у барабані. Після повороту ділильного барабана тісто виштовхується з мірних кишень примусово під дією поршнів, які переміщуються, оскільки тісто заповнює мірні кишені з протилежної сторони ділильного барабана.

Перед входом в тістову камеру поршні змащуються маслом, яке періодично подається плунжером з насоса. Розділені тістові заготовки скидаються в закруглюючий пристрій. При цьому механізм направлення робить один потік заготовок. За допомогою обертаючої конічної частини заготовки обкатуються по спіралі і округлюються, а потім виводяться із автомата однорядно.

4.4 Ділильно – закруглюючий агрегат ВАТВ-4.

Агрегат випускається фірмою “Габемфа”. Призначений для комплектації механізованих ліній по виробництву дрібноштучних булочних виробів масою від 30 до 120 г, трудоємність 7000-78000 шт./год.

Машина (рис. 16) складається із прийомної воронки, закріпленої на головці. У останній розміщені живлячі і стискуючі валки. Вони здійснюють періодичне обертання від храпового механізму, з допомогою якого регулюється частота обертання головки у результаті зміни довжини плеча приводного важеля. Валки примикають до ділильного барабану (циліндра), на поверхні якого знаходяться кільцеві ножі трикутного виду, що поділяють прокатану між валками стрічку на окремі полоси. Поряд з формуючим барабаном знаходиться обертаючийся ніж, який відрізає від сформованих стрічок окремі заготовки.

Для відділення тістових стрічок із заглибин формуючого барабана служить ніж і валик. Нижче під формуючим барабаном розміщений оригінальний округлювач, складений з двох барабанів: зовнішнього і внутрішнього. Зовнішній барабан має наскрізні восьмикутні вікна, розташовані у шаховому порядку. Внутрішній барабан виконаний у виді суцільного циліндра, має на поверхні невеликі заглиблення. Зовнішній циліндр розміщений ексцентрично по відношенню до внутрішнього циліндра і закріплений на фланці зі ступицею. Внутрішній барабан має плаваючу опору на валу і ексцентриковий привод  від конічних шестерень. До зовнішньої поверхні закруглюючого барабана за допомогою роликів прижимається стрічка конвеєра. Для підсипки борошна в закруглювач є борошнопосипник. Закруглюючий барабан очищується від налипання циліндричною щіткою, а стрічка – плоскою щіткою.

Привод  здійснюється з допомогою двох електродвигунів і редуктора. Машина змонтована на легкій зварній рамі. Остання розміщується на катках для переміщення по цеху.

Машина працює наступним чином. Тісто із прийомної воронки спочатку захватується живлячими валиками, потім перекатується між ними, запресовується у заглиблення між кільцевими ножами стискаючим валиком. Із заглиблень тісто виймається з допомогою ножа і валика, а обертаючийся ніж відділяє від тістових стрічок заготовки, які падають у вікна зовнішнього барабана закруглювача і повертаються разом з барабаном, підтримуючись стрічкою конвеєра.

Зовнішній барабан закруглювача здійснює кругове обертання, а внутрішній барабан крім такого ж обертання, здійснює ще кругове переміщення, завдяки чому заготовка здійснює обертання навколо його радіуса. Щоб заготовка мала форму кулі, необхідно її одночасно обкатувати по двом перпендикулярним осям. Агрегати бувають чотирьох і п’ятирядними.

4.5. Ділильно-закруглювальнаа машина Д-504.

Машина призначена для ділення і закруглення тістових заготовок при виготовленні дрібноштучних виробів. Ділильно-закруглювальна машина Д-504 відноситься до машин з об‘ємно-шнековим принципом ділення тістових заготовок, із закругленням їх у горизонтально розміщеному округлювачі з послідуючим транспортуванням.

Машина Д-504 (рис. 17) складається з основи, ділильного пристрою, електроприводу і прийомного бункера.

На станині змонтований закруглювач, редуктор, варіатор, ведучі вали конвеєра, борошнопосіювач, електродвигун, бункер, скребковий механізм, збірник, конвеєр, штурвал.

Округлювач, змонтований у середній частині станини і розміщений під ділильною головкою і бункером, складається з несучого фланця, вала, повідкового механізму, зовнішнього і внутрішнього барабанів. У зовнішньому барабані є заглиблення для розміщення тістових заготовок. Внутрішній барабан здійснює обертальний рух з частотою обертання зовнішнього барабана і зворотно-поступальний рух.

Ділильний пристрій кріпиться зверху до основи. Ділильна головка для відщипування (відрізання) тістових заготовок від тістової маси ножами гребінок представляє собою ротор з 16 пазами. При обкочуванні направляючих роликами гребінок через пази висувається 4 ножі кожної гребінки. На основі ділильного пристрою міститься кронштейн з направляючими, ножі, направляюча, механізм скидання. При обертанні штурвала основи переміщується кронштейн, на якому кріпиться ділильна головка, направляюча, по якій обкатуються ролики гребінок, і механізм скидання, а також з вертикальних бронзових ножів. У корпусі ділильного пристрою знаходяться захоплюючий барабан і прийомний бункер.

Привод  машини здійснюється від електродвигуна через клинопасову передачу на редуктор і варіатор. З варіатора рух передається ланцюговими передачами на вузли, змонтовані в основі і ділильному пристрої машини.

Завантажене у приймальний бункер тісто затягується у зазор між обертаючимися назустріч одна одній ділильною головкою і направляючою. По мірі повороту ділильної головки гребінки, що обкатуються по направляючим, витягують ножі, котрі ріжуть тістову масу у горизонтальній площині. У вертикальній пощині тістову масу ріжуть три вертикальних ножі, котрі одночасно є підшипниками ковзання ділильної головки.

Із бункера тістові заготовки під дією своєї маси падають у канавки зовнішнього барабана округлювача. Так як округлювач обертається, то на даному відрізку шляху тістові заготовки піджимаються стрічкою конвеєра, у результаті чого створюється замкнений об‘єм. Закруглення здійснюється у результаті дії складного руху внутрішнього барабана закруглювача. Із закруглювача тістові заготовки падають на конвеєр і подаються у шаф попередньої розстойки.
